My name is Annette Campbell, and I am the owner of Home Care Assistance in Denton County, Texas.

Alzheimer’s and dementia have personally affected each member of our office staff in one way or another. We know how it feels to watch an elderly loved one go from an active, lively, and engaged individual to someone who needs assistance with simple daily tasks.

When my father reached a point where he needed in-home care, it was hard for me to accept a new reality. However, having a caregiver present who truly cared about him and provided meaningful companionship kept his spirits high and provided a sense of security. This experience inspired me to help others, and I want to let families in Denton County know they don’t have to face an uncertain future alone.

Tamika Jackson
Administrator/Client Care Manager

Tamika Jackson is the Administrator and Client Care Manager for Home Care Assistance of Denton County, TX. She began her career in the medical field in 1996 and earned her license as a registered nurse from Baylor Louise Herrington School of Nursing in 2001. Since then she has logged nearly 19 years of experience working with Bariatric Surgeons, Pain Management Physicians, Gero-Psych, Psychiatric, and Geriatrics in hospitals, nursing, and group home facilities. In 2014, she earned her degree has a licensed medical social worker at Eastfield Community College.

Tamika has a unique combination of strong nursing skills and several different types of specialty and expertise, from business management to nursing administration. She believes in building a long-lasting and trusting relationship with clients and their families. She seeks to acquire a comprehensive evaluation of every client by taking the time to listen and understand their particular needs. Her true desire is to enhance a positive healing experience and confidence to those in need, rather if it is mentally, emotionally, or physically. Mrs. Jackson originally started with Home Care Assistance in 2011 in Plano, TX, and transition to Denton County in 2013. Throughout her years of working with Home Care Assistance, her focus has been to support system clients and their family’s needs and allow them the relief of knowing that their loved ones are in good hands with Home Care Assistance.

Carina Arce
OnCall Staffing Coordinator

Carina Arce is the Oncall Scheduling coordinator. In this position, Carina serves as the first point of contact for our caregivers and client needs and is available to assist them with everyday matters.

She also provides support to the scheduling Team in order to fulfill the needs of our clients and Caregivers. Carina brings over ten years of experience in recruiting and account management to her position. She recently relocated to Florida from New York City and enjoys being a part of our family-oriented environment in Home Care Assistance.

Sarah Bowling

Sarah Bowling
Client Care Manager

Sarah Bowling is one of our Client Care Managers in the Fort Myers area. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and is currently enrolled at Florida State University for her Master in Social Work (MSW) degree.

Sarah has worked in social work since 2008 and holds certifications for addiction counseling in both California and Florida. Her passion for helping others has defined her career and she is committed to ensuring her clients receive the care they deserve.
